I need some help guys... Lease Prices
My brother and his fiance are looking for a new car, they're spending a lot on the wedding and I'm trying to help them save some money on the car, any savings is a saving.
I know that the guys here are in the grid when it comes to this stuff, so here is a list of cars that they want:
CLK350 Convertible
Porsche 997 Cabrio
S550
750i
328i
and Jaguar XK
I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me out on this.
We live in Los Angeles California btw.

Have them make a cupcake cake and stack it triple layer to save on cake cutting fees. I swear I saw this or similar idea on the San Diego Mercedes Benz news letter on how to cut wedding costs

you'll get DEALS on the CLK350 and CLK550 Cabs right now. I know MB is advertising the CLK350 at only $499 a month with $5k drive off, if that's their opening offer, you know you can do much better than that.
328i, I know there are some deals, but I hate that car with a passion--it's just garbage.

Personally I'm trying to steer them away from the 2 door C class. (CLK)

Lease is not the least expensive way to acquire these cars, unless you can justify it with a business write off and then you must weigh your cost of money and best use of it in the business.
My own $.02 is to purchase with cash a lease return. Someone else has already absorbed the enormious depreciation, enjoy the sluggish car market values and cash is king.

I would also just buy a nice CPO used car due to the current market. You can get a 2007 S550 for $58K CPOd with low milage. On another note, what a range of cars - not just in price but also in functionality! What do they need the car for? Some of the cars are so different on the list they are truly not comparable...
