Glad you are OK, Too bad about your car, it might be best if they total it out for you.

Ouch...sorry to hear that!

If you fix it, now is the perfect time to do an E63 and rear conversion as most of the cost will be on the insurance company's tab.

Good you are ok! Sorry about the crash.

This is why I am probably looking at AWD cars in the future. Why cant AMG make a C63 or E63 AMG 4matic?

Don't forget a CF hood will be cheaper than OEM

Trust me from experience, have them total it out.

You don't want that car now. Even though you think you do.

Take your mods off it, get another one just like it, and move on. The problem is, the insurance co. will nickle and dime you the whole way, and meanwhile the repair shop will get it like 85% back to normal. You will then spend the rest of your time on this earth pulling your hair out trying to get the other 15% taken care of, and you'll wind up paying out of pocket, AND worst of all, it will never be the same in the end no matter what you do.

Been there done that. Didn't even get a t-shirt. Just a headache.

I also hit the gaurd rail after spinning across the highway and the damage was almost identical to your pictures. except that was 1996 E320 so they totaled it. Dont think they will do that here. In any case, glad you are OK. I was very happy I was driving a safe car when I hit the gaurd rail at 75 MPH. Had it been another car, I may not have walked out without a scratch. Goes to show you how safe these cars are...
not to thread jack but are you selling your brabus wheels? if not, someone is using your pic on ebay!

Wasn't sure what the appraiser would value the vehicle at, but he's come back with a value of $47,000 which he said would be on the low side because he hadn't factored in the stuff added to the vehicle. Gotta love the insurance companies! 2004 with 125,000km for $50,000!!
Looks like they'll be repairing it. Damage estimated at $30,000.
Still gotta get it up on the hoist and see how extensive the damage is. So not finalized yet...

honestly if i were you. take your mods off. tell the insurer to write you a check for $30k and sell your benz to the junkyard for whatvere they will give you or on Copart auction. and get your self an 04 or even an 05 with lower mileage. market is soft, prices are down

Don't forget I'm talkin' Canadian prices! Ours are soft, although not as soft as below the border. With the $ exchange and conversions having to be done, buying a US car works out to the same price as here, or more.
