Need help with star diagnostics..
I live in Greenville sc and there is absolutly no place or shop around me that deals with this program.. My local dealer also refuses to help me. I have an 05 e55 and i am trying to lower it about an inch and i heard using the star program was the easiest and most risk free way to do it. Greenville is right in between charlotte and atlanta so if anyone knows about any shops or dealerships in these areas that work with the program would be a great help to me.
Thanks Guys,
Andy

Star lowering is just really hard bro. Plus NOONE publishes exact info on it. Contact a guy on the boards named Chappy He lives in Atanta area and can at least point you in the right direction of modding shops available in Atlanta
Bout the closest we have is Brians info here.

and Steve at MBenzNL's info here. He is just unmatched in ripping these cars apart inside and out and if he says it's a pain then.....![EEK!](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)

Just found this one if you have a dealer that is willing to try it.

Unoffically this is how I lowered mine via STAR:
1)You adjust the voltage (through the appropriate menU) of each corner by raising/lower the car to the height that you want (less approx .5 inch).
2)Set the front inclimoteter angle to 5.0 and the rear to 2.1. After you are done, the car will lower itself about .5 inch MORE than what was set in step-1.
3)Start the car and drive it around the block to get the airmatic to adjust.
This is what I found out after "playing with" it. The other poster was correct. After these adjustments, I have no idea how to get it back to the stock height, but this only applies to the front.

Do you think that buying one of this, is enough to lower the vehicle? and others too?
