Getting the proper tune will minimize this. We still have a blow off valve that needs to be clogged up but that isn't a standard mod yet.

A pulley and tune is the best bang for the buck and will give you nice top end as well.

Good distinction, thanks.

What do we have to do to get the blow off valve plugged? Will that cause the charger to make a "blow off" sound like turbo cars do?

Actually Jangy is posting bad info (as usual) we do NOT have a "Blow off" valve and you don't want to plug or "Clog" it. We have a Bypass valve, it's used two ways. Mode 1 is when the supercharger is NOT engaged the bypass is wide open to reduce intake restriction. Mode 2 is for torque regulation when the supercharger is engaged, the ECU will open the bypass to modulate the boost and reduce the torque.

It's mode 2 we are wanting to address and some tuners are starting to work with the bypass valve.

No worries... I knew what you meant; thought others could possibly benefit from the elaboration, however.

I heard somewhere that Eurocharged makes a nice HE too... might even knock that $2400 down a lil.
