I will say the Neal is doing all he can or his customers.
The install was probably not as "easy" as he wished, but he is doing his best by staying in touch.

I still haven't sent my diffuser back yet, been too busy. It's not sitting flush where the bolts are, I assume the glue/resin is grinded down or redone. What is involved with the fix?
