I have an attorney involved, unfortunately not much can be done until we determine if the money and items are actually "gone". Monday we either will be allowed to inspect , redeem, and or file claims depending on response.
Thanks for the advice, I did seek legal council as soon as this happened, my attorney was told the exact same thing I was " Talk to the repossesion agency" Repo agency " call the Riverside Auction people" Riverside Auction people " You need to call Mercedes Benz- Financial".

Wonder if we can put together some type of thread so can tally together all the offers. Bet if we pool everyone together on here, we can come up with the scratch.

Im sure we will do it all again soon. I will do a new thread tonight with members who have shown interest and tally up what we have. Or I will continue this thread in a more organized fashion with specifics.
I know times are rough for everyone, and I hope I can one day help someone in a similar manner.

sorry to read this, the fracken economy is in a world of mess here. maybe take smaller donations into a pool? might be easier to get to the redemption amount with more of the members if you do..

So your comparing my rates to crews in CANADA? Your brother likely understands Donald Sutherland makes more than Tom Welling. There are Union minimums here in Hollywood but when you are the first hire you can negotiate a very healthy deal.
