Last time I heard, the Chrysler warranty required your car to be under original factory warranty in order to be eligible - once you were without a warranty - it's near impossible to get one. On and 03/ 04, I would think this would be the case.
At least that's what was the case when I was looking at Ext warranty last year.

if anybody can refer a good company with contact let me know! thanks, john

Just Purcahse Chrysler Warranty - No Insepction Required
Hi,
I have an 05 E55 with 50100 miles on it and just purchased the 5 yr/70,000 additional miles directly through Chrysler's (800) # for about the price from the above poster.......but no inspection was required at all. I did get the Maximum Care also. I do hear a lot of good things about Mike from Ziegler Automotive Group, but it seemed as though he was a third party selling the Chrysler warranty, so I just wanted to go to Chrysler Direct to avoid any issues (must provide Vin# when going through Chrysler Directly, but no inspection required). Maybe because you provide the Vin# that is basically Chrysler's way of doing the inspection??? Regarding payment, I had to put $100 on the card to get the warranty going and the rest $2400 will be billed interest free over a year (sweet deal if you ask me!)
One of the above posters said that he thought the Chrysler Warranty didn't cover the Supercharger, but it does. In fact it is a very comprehensive warranty and in the month I researched these (tons of research time), it seemed to be the best bang for your buck.
I'm sure either way with going through Mike or Chrysler Direct you'll be good to go. Being a Third Party selling this service, Mike probably must make his clients do the inspection, but like I said, Chrysler Direct just makes you give them the Vin#.
Good Luck to all and now that I have a warranty I'm driving around with a smile on my face!

This sounds really good, but i still have over a year left on my factory warranty. I bet when i need to get the extended warranty the price will be something crazy.

this sounds to good to be true in terms of cost of the warranty and how it is unlimited miles. My dealer sells a warranty that is available in case you dindt get a CPO warranty through another company (forget name) and it goes for $5K for only 2 years up to 60K miles!
Are we SURE that this covers supercharger and the airmatic (shocks and all)?

That's who I went with. My car is an 03 E55 with about 60k miles. Feel free to PM me for more info if you are really interested. Chrysler has several positive comments too. There are a ton of warranty threads on this forum, you should be able to find all the info you need. Good luck.

good news.
I called the number and talked to Frank (ex 6635)
Based on my VIN and mileage I was offered a 3 year - unlimited miles warranty for $3150. I have 12 months to pay it. I put down a downpayment of $200.
They even offered me a C32 contract for 2 years at $2900. But I was not sure if I was going to keep the vehicle.
The deductible is only $100.
No inspection as long as you tell them your car is working fine. He said that they will red flag a car if they buy a policy and in a few days visit the dealership.
I'm going to wait for next month to take it for a suspension noise for my E55.
I was also offered a 5yr /additional 70k miles.. but it was close to $4k.
It all depends on your year and mileage.

3 years unlimited through calling the guy I spoke with was $2325.. with a $100 deductible, as long as it had UNDER 60k miles. It could have 15k or 58k.. its under 60k there happy.

Any news on if the suspension is covered? That is my biggest concern.
I've been out of warranty for a few months. Every time I drive it, it's like having sex with a hooker without a condom.

i would recommend Mercury, but i have never had to use mine so i can't comment on how easy it is to get paid. i know other people on this board have warranties with them, hopefully others can chime in too.
when i got my car the salesman recommended GE but when i did the research Mercury offered all the same features but was much cheaper. maybe bc i use them for insurance too, i dont know.

Airmatic would fall under any of those since it's the Spring, Shock and Strut assembly

I would be interested in a Chrylser warranty too. However, do you think they'll still be around in 4-5 years? I mean they are huge and all, and they received bailout money, but they were REALLY in the pits financially. if they did not get the cash injection, Chrysler including all of the warranties they sold would all have been a thing in the past.
Thoughts?
