I loves all of you, she just rawr'd at me first.

Anyhow, also, if you really want a pimp looks mod $ renntech ELM (Electronic lowering model) or even more $ - CF rear diffuser (there is a thread on this somewhere) If you are a baller, you can buy some Juice, I don't know the going rate anymore: https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...63-thread.html (*not actually a mod*)
PS. Welcome to the forums Rock.

Looks like I'm late to the party.... ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Welcome LADY_AMG to the AMG family and congrats on a beautiful ride![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Unfortunately, the 63 platform is much harder to extract power out of than the 55, and also much more expensive. So far, in terms of the E63 power gains, there seem to be only two items offering real gains for the time being: headers and an ECU tune. Conservatively speaking, both of these mods will give you 40 whp. Most of the other stuff, such as, intake, filters, pullies, exhaust (mufflers), etc.... is still a little subjective and not much data is out there yet for a definite conclusion. However, a couple of companies are working on more mods right now and should come out with some data pretty soon.
Most of the big tuning companies out there do offer both the headers and the ECU tune claiming similar gains. Also, a couple of them are working on long-tube headers for the E63, which should give you an additional 20 to 25 hp.
Here is a list of some of the major vendors:
- RennTech ---> http://www.renntechmercedes.com
- Kleemann ---> http://www.kleemann.dk/Frontpage.aspx
- MKB (USA) ---> http://www.mkb-power-na.com
- Brabus (USA) ---> http://www.brabus.com/index_usa.html
However I should warn you that although the above companies do offer excellent quality products and are very reputable, their prices are extremely high![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
The following two companies also offer decent products at a more reasonable price. They both use a third-party company for their tuning, which I'm sure you're familiar with coming from a BMW background: Powerchip.
- VRP Performance Tuning ---> http://www.vrptuning.com
- Evosport ---> http://www.evosport.com
- Powerchip ---> http://www.powerchipgroup.com
Whatever you choose, make sure you do tons of research before making your decision. Right now you have the advantage of learning from other's experiences and avoiding costly mistakes. This is a great forum with plenty of good knowledgeable people around ready to help and lend a hand, so please feel free to ask as many questions as you like and post your concerns any time.
In terms of cosmetic mods, you won't go wrong with these.....
- Lorinser ---> http://www.sportservice.lorinser.com/en/home
- Carlsson ---> http://www.carlsson.de/carlsson/en/index.php
- Brabus ---> http://www.brabus.com/index_usa.html
- EuroTeck ---> http://www.euroteckmotorsports.com
I know Lorinser and Carlsson do also offer some performance parts, but here in the U.S. they're mostly popular for cosmetic parts. You should definitely check out EuroTeck's website. I've purchased multiple items from them before and have been extremely happy with the level of quality of the product and customer service they provide. They currently offer carbon fiber front lip and carbon fiber rear lip spoiler for the E63. Also, we're working on trying to get them to make a carbon fiber rear diffuser as well. I would do a light 35% tint and clear side markers to start. I dont think with such a classy ride you should go so dark as it takes away form the look of the car...and remember the slower you go the more they can see you!!!
