w211 - problems to be aware of?

Hey Everyone,

I am considering buying an e55 AMG and was wondering if there are any major problems i should be looking for in my vehicle search?

any re-occuring issues that need to be fixed/replaced on a regular basis or that have happened to a large number of you?

I also have some questions about MB warranty for this car. If i purchase a car with an existing warranty that is close to expiration - can i purchase a new warranty that will cover everything?

i tried to make an account to post on these boards for like 3 days in a row and it kept giving me some database error message. so when i tried to make the account again today i figured if i put a MB down then it might work?

i drive a toyota 4runner - lol
