The stock MB specs on our cars wear the insides of the fronts as well as the rears. The rears have more room to adjust, the fronts only have so much that's not enough to eliminate the uneven wear, but a good shop can get it to where it's not that bad. Depending on how you drive, what tires, wheels you have, whether your car's lowered or not, the streets you drive on etc.
MB makes the bolts that will give you the adjustments necessary to completely eliminate the wear, if that's what you want and need. For me, I didn't go for the bolts, I did see them, touch them and feel them at my alignment shop, they come in a neat plastic bag with the OEM MB stickers and part number on them. I think I was told they're about $100, but not sure.
The most important thing about it is the alignment shop. If they're no good, all the bolts in the world aren't going to help you.
