newbe spacer question Need Help Please

I just purchased a 2004 e55. Would like to use spacers.

what size are you guys using on the front and rear.

2003 W211 E55, 2003 W220 S600

well the size of the spacers depends on the wheel offset. I would not go more than a 10mm spacer, make sure you get extended lugs.

Why use spacers? No disrespect, but I hate them. If just for more agressive look, how about wider rims?
