No that price is for the new version 3, no remote required anymore its all labtop based. once the ELM is installed, there is a USB cable that you will plug into your comp, then you can change your settings. the great thing about the V3, is that there is no longer a limit as to how low you want to lower the vehicle now. We have lowered a GL up to 4" ups, and an SL 3". No more 50mm limit.
