I'm still not impressed, my point still stands add a sh_tload of NOS & ANY platform runs crazy times. It's lame for them to lie about the amount used
They make it seem like BMW M5 itself is MOSTLY responsible for running such low ET's high Traps...
Not too bad for an all motor factory car with a little nitrous.."

It is kind of like 'doing' a **** star like Jenna Jamison.... I would never do it personally... as it isn't worth the risk....but to those that do...good for them let them enjoy it.

Well....Stephen Selden's S600 ran 10.585 with a 150 shot... his car ran a best time of 11.25 off nitrous.... it is still pretty damn impressive.

My rational is Stephen Selden's S600 can run 11.25 or very close to it 24/7/365, when the other guys bottle empties guess what NO MORE 10's
it's a fleeting very temporary gain.
I'd use a couple rubbers on Jenna Jamison

Same M5 goes 10.57 at 130
Just saw the same M5 went 10.57 at 130!! last week...this takes the overall crown Stephen had for the MB fastest record. Just wickedly fast for an M to run these times. Very impressed. Not sure how much of a shot he is running I know it's over 150. He cut a 1.57 60 footer, spraying out the hole..

Impressive run from an M5!! Maybe he can join us at the airfield where I wouldn't mind sitting side by side with him for a mile and a half.
Congrats to all involved with that car. Enjoy your stay at the top......your very short stay that is.

Only europeon models come with launch control I thought, I had one of the first E60 M5's that came to the states and it had launch control, but it was removed by my dealership during a re-flash at my 1000 mile check, they told me 7 cars got shipped to the US by mistake with the program in the ECU. I guess he could have found an aftermarket tuner to re-install a launch control

also, he wasn't using launch control out of the hole.

Interesting... Maybe he rolled into the throttle out of the hole while spraying. I'm sure they tried all the different launch methods. I am still about this.

from my recollection, he stated that the progressive controller was programmed to start gradually spraying out of the hole.
