as far as I know the offset is different, so im not sure if they will fit, but I will find out for you. As far as the weight, I would have to check the specs, but they aren't very heavy. did you want to put them on to drag?

That all depends on the price and condition. Do you have any pic's? What is the measurments on your Wheels? I have a 06 E320 and I think I read somewhere that they do match???
