wheel et help
hi guys
I need your help again will 19" fronts 8.5j et30 and rears 9.5j et31 fit on my e55. the seller says they were previously on an sl.
They look like the cls55 5 spoke wheels.

should fit perfectly...nice aggressive offset but as aggressive as the cls offset (which a few members have had problems with).

the SL offset is better on our cars than the cls offset.

i'm sure you are aware, though, that you may have issues if you're planning on running the stock tires.

I am not lowered i am planning on using 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 or 275/35/19 is that o.k

I just made a thread on if 275/35/19 and 245/40/19 would fit on my 55. Last time I ordered 20'z they told me yeah yeah it fits and they didn't.

fronts would be fine, but rears are iffy. 265 and you should have no issues at all. Hopefully other members who have actually tried this setup can chime in (I'm sure someone out there has done exactly what you're trying to do).

Sorry for the confusion, but I thought I answered this question in my first post, then you asked about tires.

The offset will work on your car no problem! Two issues you MAY have:

(1) tire size will need to be right (see posts above as well as hundreds of others using search)

(2) amg BBK clearance -- since I don't know exactly what type of SL wheels you are putting on, I can't tell you whether they will clear your BBK. My guess is that they will clear given the aggressive et, but can't be certain without more info on wheel.
