Not completely sold yet, but im sure once the tuners start things up, that will all change.. Imagine it laid on some 20" HRE's, nice little trunk spolier, front lip, differsnt exhaust..

I believe the AMG button is similar to the M button in the M5 and M6. It puts the car in max power, max sport mode...... faster shifts, stiffer suspension, etc....

It is a pretty wicked car, had a good look at it last night attending the Press Preview Night through the AMG Private Lounge and the interior is noticeably more 'special' than the normal W212. The new steering wheel with the slightly squared off bottom and the CLK BS-like shifter really make the interior.
The W212 is growing on me, I also looked at the E550 with the Sports Pkg and it has 85% of the appeal of the E63. Am considering a 'normal' W212 next given the frustrations of driving my current E63 around heavily populated suburban and urban settings, including heavy presence of the local constabulary, making the 507 bhp almost completely useless!
Regardless, the W212 is a car you'll have to see in person to appreciate the improvements over the W211, and I'm pretty convinced after seeing it in person last night.

will any of the tuners (RENNtech/Kleemann/VRP), get these NA engines to 500 rwhp? that would be a bonus. do like the looks of the 211/63. the new 63 may grow on me in time. exhaust note sounds great though.

I was there in NYC last night. I felt the rear exhaust tips have got to GO and parts of the front looked somewhat like a Cadillac

CLK63 Black, E350 Wagon, Supercharged Denali, Lotus Elise, Tesla Model 3 Dual-Motor.
The wife and myself were both there and came away with mixed feelings about the new 518HP E63 AMG. The tailpipes have a non AMGish look.
