I really appreciate your support. I need to figure things out before thursday because I'm completely confused. A option I was thinking about was canceling it and then buying a new one from chrysler. I want to get a inspection on vehicle and give them all the correct information this way I will not except any BS and take them to court for $10 if I have to if I encounter some kind of other issue.

sorry for your bad experience with the warranty. I have the Chrysler warranty as well but have never had a problem with it. Just had to make a big claim at the MB dealer to get a lot of stuff repaired. Everything at my dealer and with the warranty went smoothly.
THANK GOD! It would have been a $4000 bill from MB if I didn't have the warranty.

its been over 1 month since I purchased my Chrys Warranty.
I made the appointment with my Serv Adviser.
Probably a good time to verify what milage they have on record.
I have a suspension noice on the rear wheel.. clunk noise going over almost every imperfection.
feels like my shock absorber is not working..

Actually I called the dealership this morning to pick up the car and they told me that now I have to get a new alternator! $615 and 3 hrs of labor at $119 on top of the $1040 I alredy had to pay. It's been one thing after another but I'm now home with the car parked in front of the house nice and clean and I'm out of $2,405 after paying the car and still have this warranty problem to deal with. As for your reply I hate to go to court and I would rather just pay the $2405 then go to court and I work very hard and don't consider myself in the making alot of money category.

i'll talk to the warranty admin at our dealer tomorrow and see about the cancelling... they would still have your info on file, so i'm not sure if that would achieve anything or not... if anything, perhaps make a deal with them to get the vehicle inspected by a dealer to confirm the vehicle has no issues...

they told me that i can canel it too when i called to complain about my frist visit being denied. they just give you the option which is nice - be happy!
my friend got a warranty from a 3rd party 2 months ago for his SL55 AMG and they deny everything and will not let him cancel it.....![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
