2006 WHITE RENNTECH E55
PASS/FAIL?
My inspection is almost up and I took out my resonator and the second cat. Because its an 06' its no longer a safety inspection. Am i gonna have to take this car to a friend to pass or am i gonna be good?

Resonator will not effect this at all, tho I'm not certain on 2nd cat delete, I'm betting you'll be ok since you still have primary cats...Only way to find out is to try a smog-shop.

this is kinda off topic, did you replace it with straight or x pipes. also how does the sound compare to stock?

my car passed just fine without secondary cats and resonator. as long as your CEL is not on - you pass emissions.

You would only fail visual inspection which they do in California, not for 4 years....
