very seldomly, when audio is on, i hear static sound from the speakers along with the music in the background.... i turn of COMAND and still hear static for about 10 seconds or so before it goes away... turn COMAND back on and works fine again...

wondering if it's just electronic glitch or something i need to take it to a dealer... anyone experienced same/similar issue? i have HK sound...

 

I'm having the same issue with a static sound. I took my car to the dealership and they replaced the rear speakers but the noise is coming on again. I know you posted this in 2009 but I don't really see any other posts regarding this static noise. Even when I turn off command, the noise is still there. Was your static sound ever solved?
