I think I may have seen you yesterday afternoon at the intersection of 355 and Ogden avenue. There was a silver E55 waiting to turn onto Ogden from 355 North. Maybe it wasn't you, but there aren't too many silver E55's running around.

Top of the range for an '03 is more like $24k/$25k. For around what he is asking, you can pick up an '05 or '06 with less miles and factory warranty remaining.

I'm not trying to sandbag the guy, but $28k for a 2003 with those miles is high. If he wants to sit on it for months while it continues depreciating, I guess that's his business, but speaking realistically a fair sale on this car is low/mid $20k's. $28k is pretty far out of range, compared to the lower mileage and newer examples out there for the same money.

The first car in the ebay link does not have a clear title. You cant compare that. Also, def go look at the lower priced cars - there is a reason for the lower price most of the time.

28K for an 03 E55 AMG is a decent price. Ive seen 03, 04 E55 go for 28K-32K.. however, with the economy the way it is now it is tough selling any vehicle over 20K. If you are in the hurry to sell then you probably get about 24-25K. and if you want to hold on for the right price, remember the car value is depreciating everyday.
