Never been a huge fan of vented fenders unless they actually have brake ducting or something attached. Those don't look too bad, though. If you like them it's all that matters.

The fenders alone look pretty cool. Just don't flow with the car IMO. The 211 is a monolithic and sleek car, the beauty of it is in its simplicity yet attention to detail and clean lines.... which is basically why IMO the vents just don't seem to flow right.
Also +1 on the grille, I've yet to see a 211 look good with a Star grille.
