When Carfax report stated the vehicle was a Corporate Fleet, is that a red flag?

I think it means the car was leased as a corporate car usually for tax purposes but I am not 100% sure. Not really a red flag to me. I believe most cars that were leased are not as well taken care of as the ones that where owned because the person who leased the car knows the bank takes the hit on depreciation rather then him or her. Just my thoughts. Good luck.
