Ventilated seats is possible on most cars if cost is not an issue. They will require new pads with fans, leather covers, harness, switch row, fan regulators. It would be eaiser to see if you can get a wrecked car with those seats.

Is it ok to revive such a dead thread?

Has anyone figured out a way to upgrade the E55 seat ventilation fan? I love having it, I wish I could make it push more air.
