It's called false advertising so yes- it is. I know of "buyer beware" but it's more the principal of the matter. The guy can next sell an e500 as an amg or an s600 w/amg kit as an s65...It is also fraud according to ebay's own rules for "killing an auction". So, yes- in every way.

Nice s8 Not so fast.... An E63 BS was never made and does not exist so you cannot falsely advertise something that doesn't exist. Sure, if you had an S55 and put S65 badges on it, and said it had a V12 then sure, that would be false advertising. But this retard isn't doing that. He's just being very deceptive, and intentionally trying to mislead people and increase his views. Personally, I think scumbags like this should be beaten senseless because they are fully aware of what they are doing which makes it even more malicious.
