Emblem cleaning??
Right where the V8KOMPRESSOR emblem sits on the fender, the paint between/inside the letters is dirty and doesn't come clean when i wash the car.
I was thinking of using QTips with some type of cleaner on them, but want to make sure i don't damage the paint.
Any suggestions?
My sig shows it before debadging. I'll post a pic without badges; looks clean, imho.
Interesting that people will debadge a lesser car but not debadge a better car(?) What's that mean?
btw, it seems to be popular to debadge AMG wagons.

I'm just trying to be anonymous, like I'm driving a regular E Class (there are millions of those here); maybe the cops will think so, too.

All kidding aside, I understand.
AMG's aren't common enough around here and I don't seem to attract much police attention. The cops are out busting boosted WRX's (probably the most common "performance" car here, they are everywhere) Evo's and people trying to haul pot up the 5.
On another note, I finally past the mark tonight and can take this thing out of Grampa C mode and start driving it properly

Although I was getting 17 mpg which was kinda cool.

Now drive that thing like it was meant to be driven.
Edit: You're on the 1, Highway 101 that is.
