E55 AMG 33k miles Excellent Shape
Most options except Panoramic
Dealership wants $39,500 was 42900 a couple of weeks ago.
Warranty expires July 15, 09
Is this a decent price? I obviously will have to purchase an extended warranty and I will give "Lisa" a call that is mentioned in this forum alot for the MB warranty (Hopefully she's still in the game) . Any Comments?

Sidenote: Kelly Blue Book seems to indicate it's an average price, not a steal, but good.

no man, this price is high, you should bring a price into $36k range.

I think $34K is a fair price.... I just pick up my 06 E55 with all equipped and PanoRoof with Chrysler 39 months extended warranty Maximum care total for $31K, my car has higher milleage at 75K but with extended warranty I dont worry much. Before the warranty the car is $28K so for that 06 e55 $34K is a fair price.

Thanks fellas. I had agreed over the phone to that price with my trade in of my E500, so I guess I'll just call them and tell em' to pack sand.

Actualy I sold my E500 to a private about 1 month ago. The dealer was going to take it only for $14K and I sold it for $19K. And its E500 2004 with AMG pakg. I coundnt believe when they quoted $1400 for trade-in. So I decided to sell it at private then sold it in 2 wks. Just be patient, sell ur car in Craigslist, its free and just post the pix and details, it should have much better price than trade-in. Then you have some cash to look for a E55 or even E63.
