Forgestar is a flow formed 1 piece light weight wheel. Flow Forming is a production procedure that turns the wheel (or rim section) over a special mandrel and three hydraulic rollers using tremendous pressure. The pressure and turning then force the rim area to form against the mandrel, creating the shape and width of the rim. During Flow Forming, the rim actually "flows" down to create the full rim width. During Flow Forming, pressure applied to the cast rim actually changes its mechanical properties, so its strength and impact values become similar to those of a forged rim. That translates to up to 15% less weight when compared to a standard cast wheel. Our technological breakthroughs in heat treating allow us to increase dent resistance without having to make the wheel heavier.

What colors are available for the group buy ? Will they be releasing a 20" wheel ? How big is the lip on the F05 ?

I like the f14 with the machine face and black accents. I would love to see those on a white mercedes. I have been playing between 20's or 19's with a little drop on my e63!

None of the F05 besides what is shown on the site. Finishes are also listed on the forgestar website, my favorite being the gunmetal. They are currently working on 20" applications but too far out to give a specific release date.

I agree the machined, black accent is nice.

I Like them G-Father, but they look too similar to the AUDI rims that are on the RS-4 & 1000's of other AUDI's that are being released on the 2008+ cars (Not in Black, but same styling). One thing I really liked about all of your other wheels is that there not as common looking. Anyway, still looks nice...just my .02 cents.

i think the F14's look hot. I am soo tempted to get a set. look kinda similar to the HRE and BMW Comp wheels. Good looking wheels and great price. GOing to be competing with the Monarch wheels in this price range.
