2005 BLK/BLK E-Double Nickel.
if i'm not mistaken.. the cables at the dealer sell the cables (2)in a set per cylinder and that runs about $40.00 a set. so thats around $320
and an ignition coil cost about $180-$200 for 1.
I would test each cylinder indiviually with the car running... by pulling....

Having your car running slightly rich shouldn't cause any problems and actually is a bit on the safe side. If the car is running too rich, it can be detrimental in a forced induction motor. I have seen melted pistons in cars running high boost and/or nitrous as a result of running too much fuel. The old school thought train used to be that the additional fuel was there to pull the latent heat out of the cylinders, safeguarding against detonation. There is however a happy medium and I would follow up with your tuner to get A/Fs run on the car while on a dyno so you can confirm you're not running it pig rich. You don't want to prematurely foul out plugs or ruin your cats from carbon buildup.

A set of 16 plugs will run you ~$175 at Advance, at least that's what I paid. There are only two proper stock plugs for our car. One is made by Bosch, and I can't remember the number. The OE plug is the NGK ILFR6A, part number 6588 I believe. I made a spark plug thread a while ago, I'll see if I can dig it up and post a link.
Edit: Here's the link, which includes some great pictures. Whatever you do, do not fgo to the asuto parts store and buy anything that is listed for your application, it is wrong. Buy one of the two plugs above, which are ~1" reach as opposed to ~.75" reach for the plugs in the application guide.

If it is an '06 built in '06 then there are no new flashes out. MB tech can not just flash the OEM one on. If you screw it up you are toast so be sure to have a way to get back to stock if you ever need it. If LET did your tune and MB happens to flash it, LET should have that file and can easily just reflash it with no need to retune.
