service and warranty worth mentioning
I bought my e55 a couple of months ago and I had Autoscope in Dallas install a Kleeman pulley and johnson pump. After driving around for a month or so I began hearing noise from the front suspension. I brought the car back to Autoscope and they were able to get my aftermarket warranty (Fidelity) to replace the ball joints as well as a leaking rear main seal. I was skeptical of aftermarket warranties but so far so good. The service worth mentioning is that I live about 40 miles from Autoscope and they had a closed trailer deliver the car to me. I was not able to pick it up, so they brought it to me. I thought that was pretty cool.

hard to describe, but it was a clunk or dull popping that you could kind of feel from under your feet.
