Throttle Body Y Pipe, maybe this will help

Wow
My mind can only comprehend one thing and that this is a CLK DTM Y pipe, which is not even in the list of parts at the local dealer!!
Emmmmmmmm can u test fit to see if it mates to the Air box?!?!
Great Find!!!!
also does this mean the DTM TB is larger then 82mm !!

Nice! Is that measurement taken at the narrowest point after the y? What are the inlet sizes? I still need to make a bigger maf housing anyway but you factory 55k guys dont need to. Hmmm, will the factory airboxes flow more or a single 3.5" pipe with a cone filter

If you run a cone style filter use a long one. When I first did my intake we had a short AEM filter on it and my A/F was all jacked up. Switched to a longer cone filter and the problem was solved.
crappy A/F with this filter
good A/F with this one
and this one,

The only reason we would have this kicking around the shop would be that someone switched to a Renntech airbox. My guess is this is off a 2008 SL55.

can u see which car that part belongs to?
unless from 2007 to 2008 they upgraded again
very interested in finding out

yes, this was taken at the O ring and I tried not to compress it. I'd look into the Audi S4 V8 from 2005's MAF or maybe an SRT8 and see if those help, From a passing glance the SRT8 looks like a bosch TB too.

hooleyboy,
Let me first say - thank you. Whether or not this leads to anything significant is really besides the point. Contributing this kind of knowledge freely to the members of the forum instead of spending time figuring out ways to hide it from them and make money off of it I think reflects the integrity and genuine enthusiasm for this community. My hats off to you, I wish we had more sponsors like you.
With that said - this part # is from an SL55. According to EPC, it's NOT from an '08+ SL55, rather it's for the SL55s built up to 05/31/2002 - very, very early models. This is a very, very rare part and is likely found more on the European cars and only a very, very select few early '03 SL55s. If anyone else has access to EPC please feel free to correct my interpretation of the footnotes.

it looks like the part was superceded by A113 094 01 03 in July 2005. in EPC that part number is listed for same engine as this AMG 80mm TB - 113 141 05 25 (which is actually what i have on my car now).
when i was ordering my tb from the dealer i had to buy the entire assembly with side tubes under part number 80mm Y-Pipe with tubes - 113 090 03 29 which included the 113 094 01 03 piece

Looking into this further, it looks like the matching TB is part # A1371410125 ? Is that what you found? It looks like this TB is quite common, but was only found on 55s up to 2002. It says it was replaced by A1131410525, which I can't find more info on... the first part # is around $600 but the second one is around $930.

and an off topic update: My E55/CLS55 headers should have a dyno run today on a RENNtech stage 6 (I think) E55.

You are right on. The entire assembly with this particular connector hooleyboy showed us is 113 090 01 29 and it's around $120. I don't think you can buy that one piece separately, you have to buy the assembly.

Unfortunately this is incorrect. I ordered p/n 113 090 01 29 in order to get the y-pipe hooleyboy posted and guess what? The ypipe that came with it was the same as stock one I had before p/n 113 094 01 03. Btw, list price was $170, not $120. When I asked the dealer to look up p/n 113 094 00 03 they said the part number is not available anywhere, even Germany!!! Anyone know how to get p/n 113 094 00 03? I don't mind buying the whole assembly. Any help would be much appreciated.
113 094 00 03 is simply the Ypipe for the 80mm TB ( just consider about 2and half millimeters of metal thickness and you get that 85,..
Further, no DTM's HWA marks on that thing ..)
I have it installed in my car and it came with the whole assembly number 1130900329 (unfortunately, must say, .. because the rubber hoses are same as our stock)
therefore, nothing to wonder about
.. hope this is not a great delusion for you
ps: for fitting an ID 82-83mm TB, you would need at least an 88mm Y-pipe.
pps: don't forget to tell your part's guy that he is simply stupid !
