About to import wheels/tyres - will they fit?

hey guys, Ive given up looking for wheels over here and am about to import some from over there.....could I just quickly ask if these will fit? I am assured they will bolt straight on no problems but I'm not convinced about the rear profile size (30) . It would be a bit of a hassle if they didnt fit/rubbed etc being 1/2 way on the other side of the planet and all...

Running stock height atm, to be dropped with links once the wheels go on. Much appreciated in advance:-

Wheel Brand:
ACE Executive
Wheel Size:
20x8.5 2.0" Lip/20x10 4.0" Lip
Bolt Pattern:
5x112
Wheel Offset:
32MM F/45MM R
Wheel Finish:
Machine Black/Silver
Tire Sizes:
F 245/35/20 / R 275/30/20
