Interstate National Warranty

I'm looking at a warranty for a w210 that is underwritten by Interstate National Dealer Services (http://www.inds.com). I can't find much feedback on the company and the ease with which they handle claims. All I know is that their retail division is called Warranty Direct, and that they have a wholesale division that sells warranties directly through dealers, which is what I'm looking to purchase.

I know the warranty topic has been beaten to death by you w211 guys, so I am hoping someone has some experience with Interstate National. I've only found a couple complaints via random consumer advocate websites, but am hoping some Mercedes enthusiasts can chime in with their experience.

Thanks!

Thanks, are they easy to deal with and have they ever denied a claim? Also, is your warranty adminstered by Interstate or is it the actual 'StarAuto' warranty?

Thanks

I think their retail company is called Warranty Direct.

Rich, where are you located and which dealer do you normally take your car to?

I thought Warranty Direct didn't warranty E55's? I guess this is a separate company only available through dealers?

4 wheeled car.
Get the Chrysler Service Contract warranty. It's the best out there. See the pic of my car in my sig? They're doing work on it and taking care of it, no questions asked. (Airmatic strut, balljoint etc). http://servicecontracts.chrysler.com

I agree Chrysler is the best out there. Also had an airmatic strut replaced and it was covered. They also covered a $3500 pano roof job just last week.

I went to that website. I didn't see anything about Mercedes extended warranties. Maybe I didn't see the obvious?
