I got the same thing yesterday!!!!
Smart move. I had a VW Phaeton previously, and this far into ownership all they sent me was a Fedex letter saying that they were stopping importation of the Phaeton (read between the lines: you are going to be another Passat client). What a difference MBUSA is!!!

Hey Gang - I got this a few weeks ago and wondered if any of you guys received this same package? I was pleasantly surprised and really impressed and appreciated the P.R and the thought from MB to send this to me. It includes:
1) A Hardback book 50 or so pages telling of AMG's histroy
2) Another book explaining the benefits of AMG ownership \ experience
3) A 30+minute or long DVD video of AMG cars and history - great footage in it BTW
4) An personally addressed letter to me and signed by MB USA CEO
5) A Saks 5th avenue $100 gift card!

got nothing except a bill. anyone know what needs to be done to get the goodies? is signing up on mbusa the trick? also, I've had the car for a month- 09 E63.

I recieved the same thing after signing up with AMG Private Lounge. I assume that MBUSA, takes awhile to get through their ownership program, but The AMG Private Lounge verifies that your an AMG Owner through the VIN. And before long, your package will arrive, give it time. It'a a great gift, in my opinion.

I too receive those documents 2 months ago when I bought my pre-owned E55. I have forgotten all about it until today while reading your post. I’m glad I found your post because I almost lost out on spending the $100 gift card. I also notice no one mentioned signing up for AMG Private Lounge membership exclusive to AMG owners.
