2005 BLK/BLK E-Double Nickel.
Not bad, its soft alluminum. Measure thrice, cut once. When I'm around my drill bits again, I'll tell you which size I used. They holes were big enough to just barely let the bolts through, but the bolts were tapping the holes as they went through, so the nuts were not even needed afterward, but 3 of 4 were still put back on. The 4th nut didnt have enough clearance from the outside of the HE to turn on the bolt, I might grind down and it's built-in washer and put it back on.
