Have you ever thought of taking cooling one step further with a rear reservoir? That would be a nice DIY for you.

Its a beast again, thanks shardul! Some notes before I forget:
need to cut off some tabs from the bumper
need to remove a plastic frame from the bumper that holds some styrofoam
need to drill the FD heat exchanger to mount it
replace the hose clamps unless you want a coolant puddle

Somehow I now have 2 bulbs out, turn signal and side marker. Does anyone have a link to the clear turn signal bulbs, or their model number? I'm searching for them right now...

mike drive the car around a bit this week. lets bleed the system again next weekend and data log it. i took the same test drive route on my way back home and punched it a couple of times my IATs were in the 120. i think the system still has some air in it.

Nice install! How can you tell if the system still has some air in it? What's the normal IAT?

Did you check it out while the car was parked? We can finally take her for a run now after the month of downtime.

Yes I did! Car looks menacing with the hidden hardware.

BTW, stop by the lobby area if you can. I'm throwing down a small happy hour party from 7-10. Wife is a chef, so bring an empty stomach.

We bled it for a while and bubbles kept coming, at a lower frequency, but still once in a while. So another bleed may be in order.

Oh okay... Also how difficult was it to drill the h/e to the bumper reinforcement? it looks something like 4 bolts on each side... planning on doing this along with my CM30 Install
