Thoughts on mods for the E - "stay classy"
So I have the mod bug (should have never went to an AMG event!), but I want to be careful about not "murdering out" my ride.
The current set-up: White E63 with 35% tint, pano roof, 20" black Paragons, slight lowering with Renntech module.
Incoming: Mesterchaft GT exhaust, clear corners.
Considering: Carbon fiber trunk spoiler, carbon fiber lip, interior carbon fiber trim. smoked tail lights.
I want to avoid people thinking that i have just put AMG badges on an E500 (I care what folks think, especially clients - sue me!). Am I going over the top with the CF lip and spoiler? Just want people's general opinions on this topic. I'm sure some will love the external mods, and some will stay, "stay classy." What do you think?
Any other mods I should consider? Just want some general thoughts on what people think on this topic.

Nate...post some recent pics...that might help us with our responses.

I don't think you are going over the top with front CF lip spoiler, trunk spoiler, and interior. With white it would make a great contrast. I would add a rear CF diffuser just to balance front and back.
Just be careful on smoking the tail lights...don't go too dark.

Hey Nate I have a very similar setup to yours and have a lot of the mods you are considering, except the exhaust which I am very jealous about! If you want we can meet up and you can take a look at how it looks on my car and decide for yourself. I am very happy with all the mods thus far while still trying to maintain the "Klass" in our Klass Es.

Meant trunk spoiler, he he.
Some pics:
Mpserv - I'd love to see your car. I'll be at CarNutz sometime late next week or the following week. Would be awesome if you could stop by. I'll send you a PM when I get the date settled.

I have the CF decklid spoiler as well, although I custom painted both the front lip and decklid spoilers to be a little different.
I also wish I had CF interior trim for my E, like AMGfan has for his SL. CarNutz can hook you up with that as well. CF can become addicting, beware.
Nate have Joel or Jim give me a call when you are down there as I work right up the street from their shop and I would love to hear your new exhaust. I think I will be simply going with 2nd cat delete to add to my xpipe, although I don't think it will sound as aggressive as your new setup will be.

I just ordered the carbon fiber trunk spoiler. Now gotta decide whether to paint the top of it white or even put a matte finish on the CF...
I'll post pics when it is done (hopefully next week).

...have you concidered a vinyl roof over lay? Paint calipers? Blacking out your grille? Since you're going with the CF/white theme a CF roof overlay might be something to think about. Maybe flat blacking your ehaust tips?........
