I paid $29,000 for this from a Mercedes dealer. I was looking at another one for $27,500 from a private individual, but it had 58,000 miles, while the one I bought had 46,000 miles. To me that was 1 year of driving or so, so I thought it was worth it.
I also got them to replace the grill in these pics, which I think is ugly as hell.
I have had the car now for a few months, and it is unbelievable. The best car I have ever owned.

Now put some wheels on that beast and slam it on the ground.
The power and speed of these cars is intoxicating, and the brakes are phenomenal. I took a friend on a short test drive with me, and when i slammed the brakes it almost put her through the windshield
There is not many cars that stop as violently as they accelerate, funny that Jeremy Clarkson said the same thing when he was driving the CLS55, his face was hurting as he noted it carried the SLR type braking. When the Stig drove it he said it would be less painful to put the car into a tree rather than use the brakes....Originally Posted by Full Throttle

I did get the Chrysler warranty. I paid $3,200 I think.... I had to get an inspection done, which cost $150, and uncovered a problem that I forgot to address. I ended up having an oil leak from a valve cover. This cost $400 to fix. This car was not CPO'd and was as-is. I should have pressed for the dealer to give me a 30 day warranty to cover anything I discovered.Originally Posted by Worth the wait

This car is awesome, and I love it more and more every day. My wife thinks I am crazy because I won't drive it through a car wash, and wash it by hand every weekend, no matter the weather.
Don't get discouraged. Wait for the one that you want with the options you want. I wouldn't buy one without keyless go, and I wanted the heated and cooled seats and a rear window shade. It took a while, but I found one with everything I wanted.
If you want to put in Sirius, that is an easy add later, and I highly recommend it (I have a thread that shows how to do it cheap).

That grill that was on my car was absolutely hideous. The grill was replaced with the correct one by the dealer before I bought it. I will try to post pics tomorrow.Originally Posted by MB2003E55
Price on the correct grill is $384.
