Do all 2005 e55's come w/the nav antenna?
I have a 2005 e55 w/the nav antenna on the back. The little shark fin looking thing. My car does NOT have a nav unit installed. Does this mean that the wiring for the nav is included in my car? Or do they all have the antenna?

Are you talking the Antenna on the rear glass or trunk? i'm assuming your talking the antenna on the rear glass. I would assume you pre-wired

the factory siruis antenna is a big plastic round shaped thing that gets installed on the middle of the trunk... the antenna above the glass is used for gps and tele-aid... if your vehicle does not have a navigation system installed, you must purchase an antenna splitter from the dealer that will allow that 1 antenna to feed both teleaid and the gps...
i believe the cellular antenna is integrated with the gps unit...

They all come with it because it's the antenna for Tele Aid. I think it's also the radio antenna, and of course if you have phone it's the phone antenna. And, if you have NAV, it's the NAV antenna.
Until MY2007, it's NOT the Sirius antenna.

Interesting. My wagon has both Nav and Sirius and I only see one antenna. The radio is in the glass, but the shark fin is on top.
It's an 05, so should I have two? Both Nav and Sirius work
