Any of you have this and if so what was the solution?

happened to me something like that on a similar circumstance, I guess ..

had to connect to another car.

Connect what to another car?

... just the battery

I remember it was something strange because we checked the battery and it seemed ok; then checked also the front aux battery and that was good too, but didn't start.
only after connecting the main battery to another car's battery, it worked
