HELP! Can't get the star screw out

i can't seem to get the star screw completely out on my rear caliper.

a little more info would be good, like is the head stripped, is it stuck etc etc etc

if its stripped in there grab the next size torx, i believe stock is a 30, grab a 40, take a hammer, pound in the 40 into the stripped torx screw(its really soft material) then back it out slowly(put the parking brake on) and take it out by hand

HELP! False Alarm

Thanks for the suggestions. The screws were already out. I just had to pry them out of the guide holes. DUH!
