10 Gal rear mount reservoir... fitted.
OK got this fitted and sorted...
Quite a job in the end. In particular routing hoses... anyhow got it done. Still need to get some exhaust wrap for where the pipes run past the one rear pipe section.
I had some left over silicone hose (in blue - apologies for the after market colour) and used almost all of it.
I am not 100% happy with the install and would have prefered to have used solid plastic or copper piping formed and fitting closer / neater to the body and away from heat sources. Anyhow dont have time to custom build some solid lines so there we have it. In the end I think this would have been easier!!
The tank does not fill 100% the way I have configured it, and I would say I am 3/4 full so running 7-8 gal roughly.
The pump is a monster and flows MUCH better from this location than upfront. The line pressure is also higher.
One concern I have is the shared coolant with the engine. This is now seperate. I am yet to be convinced this will not adversely affect engine temps on a long run ... IAT's may be OK, but think engine temps will rise too far. I need to see how this goes.
Anyhow some pics...

Sure...
550mm long x 200mm high x 390mm wide.
If anything you could go higher to 250, but dont go wider - also dont go longer either!
Got it from a marine water tank store here on line in the UK.
They also make "waste" tanks which are more solid etc (more expensive too 2x)... did not see the need in the end and I like to see the coolant in the tank.
