I went to dealership in Hartford CT area, tried to get some info about my e55 reservation, because i make a reservation for e55 in this dealership for almost 1 yr ago, and at that time dealer told me i was first one on the waiting list, and was unable to take my depoite yet, once they had info about e55, they would contact me asap....
Today, they told me i was #7 on the waiting list, and i could option my car right now, and looking some where in Dec. develivery..whats this all about...
Fortunately, i optioned out my e55 2 months ago at a small dealership in Springfield MA. already..
ok, my concern is do u guys already have the build date of ur car if u have May or June devellvery because i optioned the car, but i still have not had a build date yet, and i am kidna really really wanna car in May..wish...wishing..:

My build date is the third week of May with a end of June delivery. As of yet, I have not optioned my car and my salesman has stated that options will need to be in by mid-April.

My build week is second week in may with a june delivery as well. IMO the first round of build dates are already in the system. My dealer is fairly small, so if you don't have a build date yet I'd start asking some pointed questions.

My build is scheduled for sometime in april. I think it was second week. My order is with one of the larger dealers and I am #2. You need an April build date to get a car in May.

I received a call from my dealer that his number 1 build date is late May, with delivery in July. Given, that I want a 2004 with Nav and don't want to take delivery of a 2003 in July 2003, I traded my date for his first build spot for 2004. Some guy in California took my build spot and has optioned his car. My dealer has been straight with me so far so I believe him.
