Hey Gary. I got a bit of a problem. I installed the lip yesterday but the fit is not that good. No matter how I install it there is a 1/2" extra at one of the corners on the end, so it does not look correct. It is like it was not molded correctly or something, I noticed it before I started to install by having the lip held against the bumper, and I thought it would be no problem once installed. Have you had this problem before or what do you recommend I do to have it fit perfect? Thanks.

Never Mind!!! I took it off and reinstalled it but with two jacks this time and everything fit perfectly! I added about eight extra screws to make sure it is secure and to close any gaps, but it looks great now. I will post some pictures this week. Thanks again Gary.

Is there anyway to mount this to the bumper without rivets or messing up the paint? Not the the resale value is any good on our cars, but I think it would be nice to be able to take the lip off without any kind of wear under the bumper.
Another question, is it possible to get the front lip in matte black or matte carbon? With the way I'm going with the mods for my car, I would prefer no gloss.
