No hardware kit but these nuts and bolts can be found @ home depot for a few dollars. No instructions but if you have experience with drilling, it is a simple job. Just borrow another pairs of hands, line it up with the bumper and drill with caution. We do recommend having a body shop to do it, though.

Some sort of instruction would be nice. How many bolts and where? I don't mind drilling I'd just like a guesstimate of where to put em. Where'd you drill into your SL?

5 - 6 bolts... spread them out and add double sided tapes between the bumper and the lip. I will try to jack up the car and take pictures if I can today!

Plus I cracked my CF lip I have on the car over a manhole cover, so I needed a new one!
, I'll put up a new thread when I get this one installed and throw in some pics of the broken one!
