No hardware kit but these nuts and bolts can be found @ home depot for a few dollars. No instructions but if you have experience with drilling, it is a simple job. Just borrow another pairs of hands, line it up with the bumper and drill with caution. We do recommend having a body shop to do it, though.

5 - 6 bolts... spread them out and add double sided tapes between the bumper and the lip. I will try to jack up the car and take pictures if I can today!
