Based on these specs the E55 400lbs lighter than the CLS55 with same HP but it shows that E55 is slower.
Can someone make sense of what I read at the Car and Driver review? Also it show E55 limited although I've driven the car 160MPH +

traction issues with the E55 explains this small discrepancy i guess you are seeing in 0-60 and 0-100.

if your car goes above 160, then it is possible you have a tune on your car already that has deleted the factory speed limiter/governor.

How can I tell if I have a tuned car? I bought the car from MB with CPO. Should this disqualify this car from MB's CPO program at the time of purchase?
