I made an offer for one, it was accepted and I received the H/E last week. Arrived in perfect condition. It's beefy and well constructed. I am confused myself as to whether it is a code3, or a code3 knock-off or just a very similar product. For the price I am very happy. I don't think I would have done any better spending 450 at Eurocharged or 650 at Code3.
