I actually never really realized how gigantic those taillights were either until I saw the thing on the road, those babies are BULKY. At least you know between that and the bright L.E.D's inside it, you'll never get rear-ended! I keep wondering how M-B will change the rear lights when the F.L comes around. Hopefully they add some elegance into the mix, as right now, to me the rear is sans any.

Horrible, awful, cheap looking, poor feel, downgraded brakes, plastic this and that, ugly rear end, headlights don't fit. All comments heard when the original E63 came out, too. Yeah, and the exhaust tips are ugly and the wheels are hideous with those large holes for the lug nuts. Still the car manages to pass in the power and handling category. For those that will live without some of the options, grab one in a few months for in the 80s. It will be awhile to see 70K for one of these 212s. Not so if you want a 2009, still the only way to steal from the stealer.

The 211 E63 has six piston brakes and they have worked just as well as the eight piston E55 brakes, that is why they are continuing the six piston brakes on the 212 E63.
