The C63 is detuned from the factory by about 40 to 50 hp. Do you have any results showing gains on an E63, CLS63, or even S63?

There's an E63 that saw impressive gains - Jerry posted about it in the C63 forum:

60WHP and 69WTRQ increase over stock.

Here is the after graph.

Was that an E63 or a C63 ? based on the many E63 dynos I've seen, stock E63 dyno between 400 to 410 with a few exceptions in the 420 whp range.

It's an E63 - forum member gonzales25 apparently. No one knows why it dyno'd so low stock (on DJ, nonetheless) - also haven't seen the graphs showing those "pre-tune" numbers, so just going from Jerry's post.

Bruce (TTM) made the same observation as you, IIRC.

EDIT: It was discussed a bit in this thread as well:

Hmmm..... my guess is that specific car was not running optimally due to a previous bad tune or something else. I've seen many C63s dyno at 370 whp and never an E63 unless it had a problem of course. Regardless of what it had, the car was brought up to it's "normal" level of power.

I want to see a dyno of a healthy E63, not a C63 which is irrelevant to us.

RE: E63 Tune

Are you still coming out with the handheld for the 63 series?

I for one would be very happy if I could flash your 63 tune at home and also have the ability to go back to stock if and when needed. Please keep us posted as to when a handheld becomes available.

Oh, no I do apologize for this mess. I will put an end to this right now. But please don't allow one our dealers opinions represent our capabilities as a premier tuning company.

Can you answer our question: what are the gains on an E63 (or CLS63, CL63, S63, SL63)?

The tunes on the C63 are irrelevant to us since that engine is detuned from the factory.
