I have the EC kind LT headers. That will be the best choice. And I have the 400 cell cat mid pipe as well. Ground clearance is not an issue. Bending down, looking under the car, one can hardly see it sticking out, but that depends on the installer, in the way it is positioned.
On the dyno, 409whp before and 446whp after, and that was with a leak. Resolved the leak issue. It wasn't tightened properly down to the block. No more leak issues now.
Took it to the track for a real test. Trap speed went from 115.75mph to 121.75mph. I gat lazy going to the track today because I just re-tuned the car. Will try another day.

I hear that,... I think my stock header is cracked, so now is a good time to replace with an upgraded part .
I don't see how the long tubes worth more than double the price?... I was originally on the fence about that, but I just don't see the reason. What do they make, an extra 10Hp over the "shorty/midlength" manifolds for more than double the cost? If anyone can explain that, I would love to know why anyone goes with long tubes.
Are the EC and Kleemann's really the same in build quality and power gains? They are both $750 at the moment, so I was gonna pull the trigger this week.

Both seem to be a good option for me, Eurocharged and Kleemann headers.
But both require a bit of work that gets installed. Does not seem to be there any bolt-on models in available for sale..

Anyone knows about what the material (steel type) is on the Kleemanns. I have a set here and its quite shiny on the downpipes. Wonder if the surface got a layer of whatever on them? Or are they polished?

If you keep the factory cats, you should open up the inlet side to match the larger outlet side as there is a significant difference in diameter. I suspect the smaller inlet size was done to match the standard factory exhaust manifold which is used on various models. Bottom line, any and all improvements to the 113K exhaust system will provide significant HP increases.

I purchased the EC mid to replace my kleeman mid headers. My indy shop stated that even though they look the same it looked like the EC mids were better....looked thicker in steel and the welds looked better. I took a look myself and the EC mids did look better to me. This is no knock on Kleeman, as they were great. But, the price on the EC mids were just too good to pass up. I would have liked to the MPH LTHs...but the price is just too much for me.

Your normally aspirated 5.0 would naturally be more responsive to well tuned headers, but supercharged engines just need the least amount of restrictions to get the gases out.
