using domestic Drag wheels

Has anyone tried this? I found some wheels that do have an ovaled/slotted bolt pattern that could make up the difference between the metric..
Has anyone tried to use something like this with a hub centric ring?

My buddy's shop just got a bunch in and said we can try some trial fitments.
Just curious... I know we did this on GTOs that were 5X114.

I just saw them at his shop this AM. I will be working at PRI in Orlando this week. So looks like next week I can do some trial fitment after work.... I will be also going their booth this week at PRI.

I'm waiting for a phone call back as I type. It would be nice to find a lighter rear wheel for my drag radials. My current setup is 17x9 and they are a hefty 25.2 lbs.

If you stud your car then these will work. The studs are driven in from the back of the axle, not sure you can do this with a mb axle. The lugs are what centers the wheel over the stud, the offset washers make of the difference for the different offset offered.

If they agree to make a hub centric set, make sure it's in 16".

I wasn't sure if you could use a hub ring for the wheels to keep them centered. I had to do this on my GTO to keep the wheel centered because the lugs were a little off due to not being metric. A washer with a longer bolt wouldn't work?
I'll give it a shot either way.
They have 17" front runners also. .That could be pretty sick!
